When the rain began to fall on her wedding day, Carol didn’t bat an eye. She maintained her excitement and would not let the weather conditions change that. That right there is the key to a perfect wedding day. Every bride wants their day to be perfect….perfect weather, perfect timing, every detail executed flawlessly…..but that type of perfection is not what it’s all about. If you enjoyed your day, were fully present in the moments, smiled through it all, and married the love of your life…. it doesn’t get much more perfect than that!
The overcast conditions made for a beautiful day, with creamy muted tones. We got the perfect break from the showers, to do a first look with Carol and Ian. And in that moment, it was just the two of them and the rest of the world was silenced. Although the rain had ceased momentarily, I don’t think even a hurricane could have pulled their attention from each other just then.
