{Big Bear California Wedding Photographer} Sheena & Kyle

Where has the time gone???? It feels like YESTERDAY that I announced my Big Free Wedding Contest and started receiving entries for it! And now here I am blogging the photos from the wedding! So crazy!!!!

Sheena and Kyle were such a pleasure to work with! I am so glad I got to be a part of their day :)

Their ceremony took place at the Marina Resort in Big Bear on a day with ridiculouslyyyy perfect weather. The day couldn’t possibly have gone smoother.

Sheena and Kyle are a perfect match. Silly and fun to be around and head-over-heels-IN LOVE with eachother.

(Oh and they’re pretty good-looking too!)

Before I show you all of the photos(warning this is a loooooong post!) I want to give a big shout-out to the always lovely Celeste who also gave her time for the contest and did an AMAZING job of making Sheena’s hair and make-up look positively stunning!!! And also to Jessica for tagging along as second shooter and totally rocking it out! :)  

Now here’s the photos!!!!Celeste, doin her thang!!!Men’s Wearhouse ad?!Kyle and Sheena decided to not do a first look. But when I saw this wall, I couldn’t resist a little fun!!! We got some portraits of them pre-ceremony without them even catching a glimpse of eachother ;)

AND….Even though they didn’t do a first look, they got ready super early so we could have plenty of time to photograph individual portraits as well as the girls and guys separately. As a result, I got tonsssss of time to shoot, which equals lots of super great photos. It was awesome! And took off alot of stress for the couple!!I loooooooved the suits that Kyle and his groomsmen wore! Such an awesome combination of colors.Sheena’s little sis is quite the model already!!!!HELLOOOO GORGEOUS!!!!!Seriously? Check these girls out….Kyle picked out the song Sheena walked down aisle to…. Brad Paisley’s “Then” One of my favorites of allllll time!!!Another favorite!!!! Oh! I almost forgot to mention Sheena’s gorgeous dress! It was completely custom made and she designed it herself! Pretty cool, huh? :)Such a romantic first dance under the tulle and twinkling lights at their sweet back yard reception :)I LOVE the height difference of this adorable couple!!!!I am SO SO SO excited about this. Sheena told me she had a fun idea for a photo opp after the wedding and it happens to be something I have always wanted to try! After the night was over, the very sleepy bride and groom cuddled up on a big empty bed with white sheets and I got to capture some really sweet, intimate images! :) LOVE IT.And of course this post wouldn’t be complete without a little behind the scenes….brought to you by Jessica!!!
