If you’ve been keeping up with my blog over the past week, then you’ve heard lots about my friend Kay’s visit to California! While she was here, I got the opportunity to do a mini portrait session with her on her last day and I looooove how the photos turned out :)
While we were heading to one of our scheduled shoots one day, I took her through the back roads of my desert town and she was like “Wow it’s so pretty! Do you ever shoot here?” And I thought about it and my response was “No…I guess I don’t”. Being that I see it alllllll the time….I didn’t have the appreciation for it that Kay had, being something she had never seen before. It was fun to shoot in what I consider my everyday surroundings and gain a new appreciation for it while doing so! Thanks Kay, for giving me the new perspective!
